A space for women who are somewhere in the middle of figuring it out.

I’m Sara, a mom of a toddler boy and currently pregnant with my second. I’m in my 40s, and I’ve reinvented myself more times than I planned to.

Through burnout, pregnancy losses, moving countries, career changes, and times where I looked around and thought, this doesn’t feel like me anymore. Through all of it, I kept searching for something. A space that was honest about what rebuilding yourself actually looks like. Not a highlight reel, not a transformation story with a neat ending. Just someone in the thick of it, figuring it out. I couldn’t find that, so I started writing it myself.

Where I am right now

I’m still in the middle of my own reinvention. I’m actively studying fitness, nutrition, and the psychology of behavior and change. That last part shapes most of what I write here: understanding why we get stuck, and what actually moves us forward in a lasting way.

Longer term, I’m working toward a recognised coaching certification so that when Mayari moves into structured support, programmes, and one-to-one coaching, it is built on something solid and real, not just personal experience.

But it isn’t there yet, and I’m not going to pretend it is.

Right now Mayari is a place to think out loud, share what I’m learning, and build something honest alongside you. When the qualifications are done and the coaching offer is ready, you’ll be the first to know.

Identity

How you see yourself, and the stories you tell yourself about who you are now, who you’ve been, and who you’re allowed to become.

Confidence

The quiet, grounded belief that you can handle what life throws at you, without needing to be perfect or have it all figured out.

Body

Feeling at home in your body again: strong, capable, and connected, instead of constantly at war with it.

Lifestyle

How your days actually look and feel: your routines, energy, boundaries, and the small choices that quietly shape your life.
